Bask is one of Armada's ridings. The riding is known for having "uniformed proctors" as police as well as for their opposition to Garwater. Not much else is known about the riding.
Residents and culture[]
Bask riding's residents include menfish, among other races. While in Bask, Bellis Coldwine noticed its "burn-temples" and "triptych statues", suggesting a dominant religion. The Bask representative on the Armadan Senate was a monk-robed man.

- Tailor's Moan - The flagship of Bask riding. A big steamer, the Tailor's Moan is one of the five ships attached to the Avanc's harness by a massive underwater chain.
